Piergiorgio Schirru, Executive Vice President at Blastness, oversees operations and R&D at the prominent Italian Travel Tech company. With degrees in Economics, Big Data, and an MBA, Piergiorgio’s career began in Airline Revenue Management at Alitalia/Skyteam. Over 20 years, he has become an expert in driving revenue growth and enhancing direct booking strategies within the hospitality industry. His expertise lies in developing automated processes to convert data into actionable strategies. Additionally, Piergiorgio is a passionate educator, serving as a Professor of Revenue Management and Digital Marketing at Luiss Business School.

Oliver Rabe, Chief Commercial Officer at Fairmas, has been integral to the company since 2014. Initially leading Product Management, he played a key role in developing Fairmas’ financial planning tool. In his current role, Oliver collaborates with the management team to shape strategic direction and maintain effective communication with customers. With over 15 years in the international hospitality industry, including a tenure at IHG, Oliver brings deep expertise to his role. His background in financial forecasting and budgeting enhances Fairmas’ ability to address the unique challenges of the hospitality sector.

Erika Bucsi, Enterprise Director of Sales for EMEA & APAC at Knowland, is a hospitality veteran with over 20 years of experience. After studying Hotel Management and Tourism in Vienna, Erika gained expertise in sales, events, and revenue management at prestigious convention hotels in London. Her career includes roles at Amadeus Hospitality, Lanyon, and Cvent. At Knowland, Erika leverages her industry knowledge and data-driven insights to refine commercial strategies for MICE & Corporate segments. Her collaborative approach helps businesses enhance productivity, expand sales pipelines, and drive significant revenue growth.
